How you got started with CATZ: CATZ coaches were training kids in Walpole, MA about a year ago and I heard good things from the coaches who had athletes training with them. Kevin, my CATZ coach, suggested I try it one day. I hadn’t worked out in 10 years, but since that first trial, I’ve worked out 2 to 3 days per week.
