Douglas Yee

Douglas has been involved with the health and fitness and sports training industry for more than 15 years. He has designed sports performance programs for amateur and professional athletes in such sports as baseball, soccer, football, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, kickboxing, judo, marathons and triathlons.
Douglas has been quoted and contributed to major magazines including Vogue, People, Men’s Fitness and Competitor. Douglas has also consulted on exercise and fitness videos as well as Summer sports camps for sports performance training and proper nutrition.
Douglas has a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science/Sports Medicine from Colorado State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has held positions as Fitness Director for two health clubs and worked as an athletic trainer at Rio Hondo College.
Anya Tronson

Anya has been involved with CATZ since the Summer of 2002 – first as an athlete and now as a coach. As a college athlete looking for an edge, she came to CATZ to improve her strength, agility and speed. As a coach she is a staff member of the original CATZ in Pasadena before joining the newest CATZ in Anaheim California.
Anya is originally from Cashmere, Washington. She came to Southern California to attend Biola University and to participate at the collegiate level in Soccer and Track and Field. She has competed at the national level in both sports. As captain of the Women’s Soccer team she led the team to their first National NAIA Soccer Tournament appearance in 2004, as a center back. Also, during her collegiate career she competed at the National NAIA Track and Field meet in the Javelin, taking 15th in the Nation, in 2004.
Anya holds a B.S. in Physical Education, and a Teaching Credential from Biola University. She will be working toward a Masters degree in the fall of 2006, in Sport performance enhancement and Sports Psychology. She is an adjunct professor at Biola University teaching Women’s Weight Lifting.
Along with teaching at Biola she is an assistant coach for the women’s soccer team where she manages team fitness and recruiting. In Anya’s, spare time she loves to snow ski(she holds a PSIA Level II certification as a ski instructor), trains for triathlons, and plays soccer for the Southern California Seahorses.
