Mark Cinelli

Mark is the Performance Director of CATZ-Needham facility. Mark began his career with the Springfield Falcons of the AHL. In this position, Mark was responsible for all strength and conditioning as well as athletic training activities for this professional hockey club. Following his stint with the Falcons, Mark was hired by the Pittsburgh Pirates organization to work as the head strength coach for one of their minor league teams. He subsequently accepted a position as Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for the San Diego Padres. In this role, Mark managed with stength and conditioning program for all six minor teams within the Padres organization.
Mark has extensive experience working with athletes at the professional and collegiate level. He has coached athletes in Major League Baseball, NBA, NHL, Major League Lacrosse, and the US Women's Pro Tennis Tour.
Mark received his BS in Sports Fitness from Salem State and his MS in Sports Medicine Injury Prevention from Springfield College. He is a Licensed Athletic Trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Tracy True

Tracy True comes to CATZ from the University of New Hampshire. A 2007 graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration, Tracy returns home having grown up in Westwood. While at UNH, Tracy competed for the Wildcats their Women's Ice Hockey Team. During her sophomore season the team captured the Hockey East Championship.
In addition to being an athlete at UNH, Tracy joined the Strength and Conditioning Department at the university by working as a strength coach. It was in Durham, NH where Tracy found her passion to help athletes recognize their goals. "Working with athletes to improve their performance on the field, or in the rink is exhilarating for a coach," said True.
UNH's Director of Strength and Conditioning Department recognized Tracy's skills as a coach and her work ethic by assigning her to the Varsity Weight Room. In the Varsity Weight Room Tracy worked exclusively with UNH's best athletes. As an assistant strength and conditioning coach, Tracy independently developed and implemented strength programs for the Men's and Women's Track and Field teams, the Men's and Women's Nordic Skiing teams, the Women's Swimming and Diving team, and the Women's Varsity and Novice Crew teams. Tracy trained two American East Championship teams, Men's Cross Country and Women's Swimming & Diving. Additionally, Tracy assisted the Director and Assistant Head of Strength and Conditioning with implementation of strength programs for the Women's Field Hockey, Women's Lacrosse, Men's Soccer, and Women's Basketball teams.
Tracy is thrilled to be working at CATZ because it is here that she can follow her passion.
Andrew Bonnette

Andrew comes to CATZ from Keene State College. An avid sports fan and athlete himself, Andrew graduated from Keene State in 2008 with a Sports Science degree and a concentration in Health Promotion and Fitness.
As an Owl, he excelled in his field and was selected to be one of three students in his class chosen as wellness coordinator and to supervise a team of his peers. Andrew appointed tasks and assisted his peers in the field of health and wellness and designed training programs for many of the sports teams.
After graduation, Andrew joined the CATZ coaching staff where he had experience training people of all ages and skill levels ranging from youth to professional athletes. As evident of Andrew’s versatility he was appointed the position of strength coach at Babson College where he directed all facets of Babson’s Strength and Conditioning program. Andrew also managed the after school conditioning program at Noble and Greenough School.
Andrew is excited to be a part of the CATZ team and the CATZ community!
Ian Kilpatrick

Ian, from Newton, is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts Amherst where he received his B.S. from the Isenberg School of Management in Sport Management and was a Practice player on the Men's Basketball team. He played both Varsity Basketball and Baseball for Newton North High School where he graduated from in 2004.
Ian has a history of teaching youth of all ages and has extensive experience coaching basketball teams and individual skills.
Ian has coached at CATZ since November of 2010 and is excited about his new role as Director of Community Relations and the opportunity to spread the important message of health, fitness and preparation.
Kerrie Starkey

Kerrie, originally from Keene, NH, is a graduate of Lasell College in Newton, MA where she received her B.S. in Sports Science and minor in coaching. While at Lasell she played 4 years of NCAA Division 3 softball, serving as a co-captain her senior year.
Kerrie first came to CATZ as an intern through Lasell College in September 2010, and began coaching in January, 2011.
Dan Orr

Dan, originally from Westwood, MA, graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with a B.S in Exercise Science and minor in sport management. While at Guilford he played 4 years of NCAA Division 3 lacrosse, serving as a captain during both junior and senior years. After graduation Dan became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Dan is still active in the lacrosse community serving on the Roxbury Latin School coaching staff since 2009, and coaching select teams throughout the summer.
Dan first came to CATZ as a physical therapy aide and began coaching strength and conditioning in the spring of 2010. Currently, Dan is working at CATZ in both Needham and Hingham, while pursuing his education towards a doctorate in physical therapy.
Jong Kwan Park

JK has been a part of the CATZ coaching staff since 2006. Originally from Washington state, JK began playing soccer in South Korea and Hawaii where he spent most of his childhood. As a member of the Grove City College (GCC) Men's Soccer team (NCAA Division III), JK played defense and mid-field for the Wolverines. His passion for traveling gave JK opportunities to play and coach soccer around the US, Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany, and the Czech Republic), and South Africa. His love for volunteer work has also allowed JK to use soccer as a platform to educate children and youth about the benefits of holistic well-being and HIV/AIDS prevention through two non-profit organizations: Ambassadors in Sport and Grassroot Soccer. He has coached both boys and girls at the club and high school levels. During his graduate studies at Boston College (BC), he worked as an academic counselor and tutor for student-athletes in their Learning Resource Center.
JK received his B.A.in Psychology and Sociology from GCC and his M.A. in Counseling Psychology from BC. Currently, he works as a school counselor and is on the boys soccer coaching staff at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School in Sudbury, MA.
