B Lee

B Lee is the Performance Director of CATZ Arizona. B Lee has a sincere passion for changing people’s lives through fitness and rehabilitation. His journey to help people through understanding their bodies and exercise started at the University of California, Davis where he received his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. With the destiny of higher learning he moved to Arizona, attended A.T. Still University and received his Masters degree in Sports Health Care. He became a Certified / Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC/L) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
B Lee started off his career working with the Arizona Rattlers arena football team (6 years), the Arizona Thunder indoor soccer team (3 years), and the Arizona Heatwave women’s soccer team (4 years). He functioned as both an Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach for all organizations. During his off-seasons, he spent time in 2 major physical therapy clinics in the valley and rehabilitated people in getting through their injuries.
Believing in oneself is where B Lee starts with everyone. He wants people to believe before anything else because that is where he says realization sets in. Coaching people that what you believe in ultimately leads to who you are, B Lee tries to strengthen each person’s vision of how powerful their mind is. To B Lee, getting in shape is so much more than physical. He coaches on the emotional and psychosocial aspect and how all three must be balanced for success.
B Lee has been chosen as an Ambassador of the new Scottsdale LuLulemon store due to open in December 2010. His philosphies, beliefs, and mindset in both helping people and living his life have become a focal point of his dedication to improving his self. Lululemon's Ambassador program is something B Lee is very excited about and he looks forward to an exciting journey.

Chase Noll

Chase, a resident of Phoenix, has worked in the sports performance industry since his graduation in 2006 from McDaniel College (MD) with a B.A. in Exercise Science. At McDaniel, he was a four year letter-winner in football, and was named first team All Centennial Conference his Senior Year. Born and raised in Wilmington, DE, Chase moved out to Arizona in order to pursue his dream of training top athletes in a professional setting. In that time frame he has become impassioned with training adult clients as well as honing his craft with athletes from all ages and ability levels. Having had the opportunity to work with State Championship teams from many different sports as well as elite level athletes, his greatest sense of accomplishment is still a simple thank you from his clients at the end of a grueling training session.
Heather Patch

Heather joined CATZ as a performance coach in August 2010 after she spent 3.5 years as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. Heather has always had an athletic background, has always wanted to work with athletes, and was given the perfect opportunity at CATZ.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Heather had many high school track and field records in her school and county. While in high school she also played volleyball, basketball, and field hockey. Heather graduated high school and joined University of Richmond’s Track and Field team as a 100m hurdle specialist and heptathlete. After a year and a half, Heather realized she wanted to further her fitness background and wanted to major in Kinesiology so she transferred to Penn State University to do so. As a Nittany Lion, she earned her Bachelor’s degree and began changing people’s lives as a personal trainer and now performance coach.
Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist by National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Kristen Attwood

Kristen joined the CATZ team in June 2010. She was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and graduated from SUNY University at Buffalo with Bachelor degree in Exercise Science. During that time, Kristen had the opportunity to work with collegiate and professional athletes where core strengthening and energy system development are the basis of elite athletic performance. While completing the program she also worked as a personal trainer and was able to help individuals achieve their weight loss goals or improve overall fitness.
She then went onto obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY University at Buffalo. Over the course of one year Kristen was able to deliver skilled physical therapy services in inpatient settings, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient neuro-rehab facility, and sports orthopedic-outpatient settings. In that time Kristen had also administered a pilot study that looked at Nintendo Wii-Wii fit balance games and the effect those games had on functional balance in those patients with Multiple Sclerosis.
Her clinical interests lie within sports injuries, as she has grown up playing volleyball and field hockey, manual therapy, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, swimming, hiking, and looks forward to the start of each NHL season.
Angela Gomez

Angela joined the CATZ team in December of 2009. She is a native of Glendale, AZ and attended both Cactus and Moon Valley High School. She played club soccer in the West Valley starting at the age of six. She continued her soccer career at the collegiate level playing with the Phoenix College Bears and the Kansas Wesleyan Coyotes. At Kansas Wesleyan, Angela was a part of the first Women’s Soccer Team in KWU’s history to become Region Champions and to participate in the NAIA National Tournament. Angela also ran cross-country for both Phoenix College and Kansas Wesleyan. As captain of KWU’s women’s cross-country team, the team placed second overall in the KCAC conference. While attending college in Kansas, she coached a youth soccer team and was a student assistant to the women’s soccer team. Angela graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Psychology.
Angela continues to stay active by participating in races/ fun runs, hiking, boxing, cycling, and anything else that comes her way. She enjoys trying new foods, new places, and new activities.
She is eager to work in the health and fitness field with such knowledgeable and passionate people.
Neema Doroudian

Neema joined the CATZ team in January of 2010. He has been involved in the physical therapy field for the past 4 years and plans to make a career out of it. He enjoys helping people recover from their injuries.
Neema graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Kinesiology. Prior to transferring to ASU, Neema attended George Mason University where he played NCAA Division I soccer. He left school early to pursue soccer as a professional career and had various stints in the United Soccer League for two years. Neema also played at Pima Community College during his first year of college where he was selected an NJCAA All-American soccer player before transferring to George Mason University.
In his spare time, Neema loves to play soccer, travel and spend time with his friends and family.
