David has extensive experience in the fitness niche of the health market. Since 1998, he has developed and refined speed, strength, and wellness programs with a specific focus on athletes.

His experience includes:

Developing, and teaching, various training methods for athletes and teams ranging from age 8 to the professional level, both male and female.

Providing nutritional products and information to various clients including, the Boston Red Sox.

Creating and instructing a curriculum for students in schools known as “Sports and Life,” offering students leadership and wellness tools.

Board of Directors for CMU (Central Mass United) soccer federation.

David has worked with various professional teams, athletes, organizations and professional players associations in his career, including NFL, MLB, IMG (International Management Group) the Boston Red Sox, and the New England Revolution. Mr. Jack has also assisted in the development of innovative athletic training protocols and facilities throughout the North East.
