  • CATZ-Kids: ages 3-5; CATZ (Completely Active): ages 6-9 game based sport activity; CATZ (Completely Active): ages 10-12 game based sport activity; Youth: ages 8-10;

MS / Middlers

  • MS (Middle School): ages 11-14; Middlers: combination of Youth and Middle School perforamance training ages 8-12

HS

  • HS (High School): ages 14-18
