Team Fit Blast 2010

SUMMER HAS COME AND GONE.....AND SO HAVE YOUR EXCUSES!

Join us for our first TEAM challenge!  Participants will be divided into 4 teams and will be competing for a chance to win up to 3 months of free training!  Totaled team values for absolute weight loss, % body fat change, and time in a CATZ obstacle course at the end of the challenge will determine the winning team.  Weekly weigh-ins will be mandatory but food journals are optional!
