OC Rain Forces Soccer Teams Inside

AC Brea’s new coach/trainer Anya Tronson ran the team through a series of drills and exercises designed to improve the team’s fitness, conditioning and performance. Tronson is a performance coach at the CATZ facility in Anaheim. Anya has had the privilege of training many world class athletes at the CATZ facility. One of her most famous clients is Misty May, who recently won the Olympic medal in China in women’s volleyball.
