Robin Fraser Named MLS Defender of the Year

CATZ congratulates Robin Fraser of the Columbus Crew for being named the 2004 MLS Defender of the Year. A long-time CATZ athlete, Robin Fraser is widely recognized as one of the fittest players in soccer.

When hearing the news of receiving the award, Fraser said, “Here I am having won the award as the best defender in the MLS at the age of 37. I never thought that I would still be playing, much less be able to compete at this level and be an influential factor in the game. The longevity of my career has a lot to do with the fact I got involved with CATZ and the people at CATZ.”
